Magistrate Court

     Isaac JC Allen, Monticello, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Adam Joseph Poduska, Mechanicsville, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Jacob Joseph Callender, Lowden, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $100 plus court costs. Callender had a charge of open container, dismissed.

     Rachel Louise Monthie, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Mark William Hanson, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A bench trial is set for May 2.

     Arrionna Lashay Page, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for providing false identification information. A court date was set for April 11.

     Arriel Lanae Page, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to providing false identification information. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Mar’Shaun Cordero Blackman, Cedar Rapids, was charged with 5^th degree theft and driving under suspension. A bench trial is set for May 2.

     Donald Dean Herman, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and urinating in public. He was fined $130 plus court costs.

     Jennifer Tynnise Taylor, Hiawatha, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date was set for April 25.
