Magistrate Court

     Michele Marie Mettler, Monticello, pleaded guilty to employee supplying alcohol to person under legal age. She was fined $500 plus court costs.

     Jordan Allen Smith, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license and failure to obey traffic control device. He was fined a total of $300 plus court costs. Smith had a charge of no insurance, dismissed.

     Thomas John Duffy, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Koree Rae O’Brien, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Wanetta Rose Brunscheen, Monticello, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident-failure to provide aid or information. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Christopher Warren Riches, Anamosa, had a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

     Matthew John Peterson, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $65 plus court costs.

     Isaac JC Allen, Monticello, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Jacob Elijah Callender, Lowden, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     John Douglas Riffle IV, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to false identification information. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Robin Lynn Cullum, Monticello, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Danielle Marie Newell, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to two counts of violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. A non-jury trial is set for May 23. She was also charged with interference with official acts. A bench trial is set for May 23.

     Beau James Ludley, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for April 11.

     Kevin Donald Douglas, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. A non-jury trial is set for May 16.

     Zedekiah Lee Fisher, Anamosa, was charged with violation of no-contact order. A bench trial is set for May 16.

     Nicole Marie Lopez, Monticello, was charged with violation of no-contact order. A preliminary hearing is set for May 16.

     Maria Soledad Serrano, Davenport, was charged with interference with official acts, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct. A bench trial is set for May 16.

     Ian Matthew Lopez, Davenport, was charged with interference with official acts, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct. A bench trial is set for May 16.

     Tanner Hayzlett, Olin, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date was set for May 2.
