Magistrate Court

     Allen Joseph Hughes, Monticello, was found guilty of no insurance. He was fined $397.50 plus court costs.

     Maryann Elizabeth Sorensen, Cascade, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Zedekiah Lee Fisher, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to violation of no-contact order and domestic abuse assault. He was fined a total of $130 plus court costs, and sentenced to 30 days in jail, to run concurrently.

     Maria Soledad Serrano, Davenport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior and public intoxication. She was fined a total of $130 plus court costs. She had a charge of interference with official acts, dismissed.

     Michael Anthony Cudahy, Monticello, was charged with obstruction of emergency communication device. A bench trial is set for June 27.

     Codie Jon Coyle, Olin, was arrested for two counts of disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior. No court date was set.

     Colton James Craig, Monticello, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date was set for May 16.

     Dennis Dwaine Moore, Olin, was charged with public intoxication and trespassing 1st offense. A bench trial is set for June 20.

     Christopher M. Crowley, Olin, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, was arrested for interference with official acts. A bench trial is set for June 20.

     Kaleb James Welk, Davenport, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for June 6.

     John Thomas Spalding, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and the lesser offense of simple assault. He was fined $65 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail. Spalding had charges of public intoxication, interference with official acts, and violation of no-contact order, dismissed.
