     Mercades Racquel Rixen Mitchell, Monticello, pleaded guilty to restricted license violation. She was fined $30 plus court costs.

     Roy James Bartram, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree theft. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Philip Dean Smith, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Austin Ryan Yeisley, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A non-jury trial is set for July 18.

     Alyssa Elizabeth-Brook Montijo, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for June 20.

     Johnny Wood Beyer, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A bench trial is set for July 18.

     Benjamin Lloyd Wright III, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to 5^th degree theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for July 18.

     Sondee Marie Geiger, Olin, was charged with unlawful possession of prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for June 20.

     Nicholas L. Sutton, Oshkosh, Wis., was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for June 13.

     Candi Marie Giellis, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana 2^nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 20.

     Joshua Patrick Cudahy, Scotch Grove, was arrested for 5^th degree criminal mischief. No court date was set.

     Nichole Jean Rutan, Anamosa, had a civil penalty related to a citation for permitting junk vehicle on residence, purged. She was ordered to pay court costs.
