Magistrate Court

     Kimberly Sue Engelbart, Big Lake, Minn., pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license. She was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Cameron Lea Caya, Waterloo, pleaded guilty to possessing/purchasing alcohol by person 18-19-20. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Gary Lee Pavin, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no insurance. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Tanner Hayzlett, Olin, pleaded guilty to no insurance and driving while license denied, suspended, canceled, and revoked. He was fined a total of $500 plus court costs.

     Vickie Lynn Moreth, Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to permitting unauthorized person to drive. She was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Juan Manuel Perez, Jr, Monticello, pleaded guilty to leaving scene of accident-failure to provide aid/information. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Zachary John Norton, Central City, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Jeremy Dean Hunter, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. He was fined $65 plus court costs. Hunter pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree harassment. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 3.

     Jenette Elizabeth Jebe, Waterloo, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. Sentence is pending.

     Robert Allen Coker II, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to assault. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 17.

     Dequarius Jarelle Davenport, Des Moines, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for Sept. 5.

     Chante Millissia Frazier, Anamosa, was cited for 5th degree theft. A court date is set for Sept. 5.

     Marshaun Cordero Blackman, Cedar Rapids, was cited for 5th degree theft. A court date is set for Sept. 5.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 4.

     Jennifer Marie Hartwig, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 7.

     Keegan Terrance Hebert, Marion, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and 5th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 5.

     Diane Marie Dye, Central City, was charged with 5th degree theft. A bench trial is set for Sept. 26.

     Toby Joal Knapp, Mechanicsville, pleaded not guilty to assault. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 31.

     Paul Edwin Nelson, Oxford Junction, was cited for junk/junk vehicles at residence. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 24.

     Kyle Brandon Orcutt, Anamosa, was charged with public intoxication-public consumption. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 7.
