Magistrate Court

     Brayden Michael Matus, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $150 plus court costs.

     Roger Dale Heiter, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no insurance. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Brian Duane Kapurch, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no insurance and failure to maintain control. He was fined a total of $600 plus court costs.

     Nicholas Lee Schueler, Mount Vernon, pleaded guilty to no insurance. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Brenda Michelle McHenry, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/canceled/revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and 5th degree criminal mischief. He was fined a total of $130 plus court costs. Yeisley had a charge of assault, dismissed.

     Kierra Brielle Herman, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was fined $65 plus court costs, and ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Nicky Charles Holt, Jr., Des Moines, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Roy Lee Sellers, Hampton, Ill., pleaded guilty to 5th degree theft. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Rebecca Lynn Miner, Des Moines, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Madison Rose Hankemeier, Lisbon, was charged with 5th degree theft. No trial date was set.

     Adam Lee Murphy Duwa, Clarence, was charged with driving while barred, driving while revoked, driving while suspended, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 12.

     Dalton Charles Hughes, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to 5th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for Nov. 7.

     Nicholas Dwayne Burnell, Anamosa, was charged with disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. A court date was set for Oct. 3.

     Brandon Albert Thompson, Tama, was arrested for 5th degree theft, providing false identification information, and two counts of interference with official acts. No court date was set.

     Shelby Lynn Minnaert, Olin, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Cole Allen Egge, Farley, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Greg Aaron Kennebeck, Anamosa, was found guilty of public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Jerry Allen Maylone, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public consumption. He was fined $100 plus court costs.
