Magistrate Court

     Larry Dale Fox, Jr., Central City, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Ayla Goldmoon Nieto, Monticello, pleaded guilty to failure to yield upon left turn. She was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Jacob Cyrus Lewis Shoaff, Onslow, pleaded guilty to no insurance. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Savannah Raelynne Hileman-Shepherd, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/canceled/revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, was found guilty of contempt of court. He was sentenced to 30 days in Johnson County Jail.

     Steven Thomas Byrne, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and charged court costs.

     Diane Marie Dye, Central City, was charged with failure to appear for bench trial. A court date is set for Nov. 21.

     Chris J. Phelps, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Nicholas Dwayne Burnell, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. A non-jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Denise Marie O’Brien, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. A non-jury trial is set for Nov. 28.

     John Christopher Jacobson, Olin, pleaded not guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. A non-jury trial is set for Nov. 21.

     Ryan Leonard Mayberry, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to 5th degree criminal mischief. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Austin Ryan Yeisley, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 19.

     Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date was set for Oct. 10.

     Jason Alan Parker, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A bench trial is set for Nov. 28.

     Timothy John Watters, Onslow, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 19.

     Molly Faye Crowley, Olin, was cited for residence not meeting minimum living standards. A court date was set for Oct. 24.
