Magistrate Court

     Tristin Rae Olson Vogeler, Masonville, was charged with lighting device-color/mounting and defective/unauthorized muffler system. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 12.

     Jason James Bennett, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. Fine and sentence are pending.

     Keegan Terrance Hebert, Marion, had a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

     Kimberly Kay Toomer, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Fine and sentence are pending.

     Tristian Rae Olson Vogeler, Masonville, pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Samantha Ann Peck, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was fined $65 plus court costs.
