Magistrate Court

     Kaya Rose Teasdale, Monroe, Wis., pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license. She was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Kellsey Anne Carstensen, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Brittney Ann Young, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no insurance. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Amanda Marie Senger, Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to no insurance. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Derek W. Wittenburg, Monticello, was found guilty of operating with canceled title/suspended/revoked registration. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Emily Ann Huizenga, Wheatland, pleaded guilty to no insurance. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     John Christopher Jacobson, Olin, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/canceled/revoked. He was fined $200 plus court costs. Jacobson also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of contempt. He was sentenced to seven days in jail. The sentence was suspended, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for six months.

     James Allen Brandenburg, Earlville, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/canceled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Jerry Dean Postell, Mount Vernon, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/canceled/revoked. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Rachel Ann Clark, Monmouth, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/canceled/revoked. She was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Mark Dewalt Owens, Monticello, was charged with public intoxication 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. A bench trial is set for Jan. 9.
