Magistrate Court

     Jordan Reed Axle Mack, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to striking fixtures upon highway, leaving scene of an accident, open container-driver 21 and older, and failure to maintain control. He was fined a total of $820.50 plus court costs.

     Raven Travis Ricketts, Onslow, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined $20 plus court costs.

     Ryan Gerald Bratten, Monticello, pleaded guilty to restrictions on taking game-deer/turkey and failure to pay wildlife habitat fee. He was fined a total of $120 plus court costs.

     Sharon K. Antons Roller, Monticello, pleaded guilty to registration violation. She was fined $20 plus court costs.

     Benjamin James Cerny, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/canceled/revoked. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Robert Michael Farley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/canceled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Ronnie Ray Mere, Jr., Olin, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $65 plus court costs.

     Joshua David Klaren, Marion, pleaded guilty to 5th degree criminal mischief and domestic abuse assault 1st offense. He was sentenced to time served, and ordered to pay $350 in victim restitution plus court costs.

     John Christopher Jacobson, Olin, pleaded guilty to 5th degree criminal mischief and assault. He was sentenced to time served, and ordered to pay court costs.

     Zedekiah Lee Fisher, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. A non-jury trial is set for Jan. 9.

     Gary Dennis Carlson, Jr., Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Kaitlyn Renee Hall, Monticello, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for Dec. 19.

     Hendrik Willem Lock, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 31.

     Brittany Ann Martin, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 31.

     David Allen Sellnau, Anamosa, was cited for allowing dog to run at large. A court date is set for Jan. 9.

     Molly Faye Crowley, Olin, had a charge of permitting person to reside at residence in conditions not meeting minimum living standards in Olin City Code, dismissed.

     Chris and John Andrew Egger, Olin, had a charge of horse at residence without written consent of Olin City Council, dismissed.
