Magistrate Court

     Chad Daniel Cozart, Cedar Rapids, was found guilty of violations of conditions of restricted license, no insurance, two counts of driving while license denied/canceled/suspended/revoked, and two counts of operating non-registered vehicle. He was fined a total of $900 plus court costs.

     Jacob Allen, Marion, pleaded guilty to employee-supplying alcohol to person under legal age. He was fined $500 plus court costs.

     Valerie Lynn Yeisley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to permitting unauthorized minor to drive and no insurance. She was fined a total of $700 plus court costs.

     Clyde R. Van Bebber, Jr., Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to speeding. A non-jury trial is set for Jan. 16.

     Dalton Robert Erickson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Brandon Ryan Seeley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/canceled/suspended/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Wayne Robert Flandrich, Davenport, pleaded guilty to leaving scene of accident-failure to provide aid/information. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Stephen Anthony Ieronimo II, Olin, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/canceled/suspended/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Scott Allen Haiar, Monmouth, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-loud/raucous noise. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Jamaica Brooke Ralston, Monmouth, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Anthony Dewayne Mearioy, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct-loud/raucous noise. A non-jury trial is set for Feb. 27.

     Kisha Lynn Harnack, Manchester, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 31.

     Mercedes Miranda Kubalek, Cedar Rapids, was charged with interference with official acts and possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 31.

     Travis Alan Camp, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to three counts of 5th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for Feb. 13.

     Beau James Ludley, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 5th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for Feb. 27.

     Fallon F. Crayton, Onslow, was arrested for disorderly conduct- loud/raucous noise. A court date was set for Jan. 9.

     Perry Delynn Knapp, Sr., Anamosa, was arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior, and interference with official acts. A bench trial is set for Feb. 20.

     Austin Ryan Yeisley, Anamosa, was arrested for 5th degree criminal mischief. No court date was set.

     Brian Joseph Kramer, Anamosa, was found guilty of dog at large. He was fined $65 plus court costs. Kramer had a second count of dog at large, dismissed.
