Magistrate Court

     Jason Franklin Curby, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no insurance. He was fined $500 plus court costs.

     Rebecca Lynn Wren, Monticello, pleaded guilty to no insurance. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Kevin Patrick King, Jr., Marion, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/canceled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Mason Matthew Morris, Center Point, was charged with public intoxication. A bench trial is set for Jan. 30.

     Samantha Ann Peck, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 14.

     Valerie Leeann Keppel, Cedar Rapids, was charged with interference with official acts, failure to obey traffic control device and operating a non-registered vehicle. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 11.
