Main Street Iowa has a lot to offer Monticello

To the Editor,

     Main Street Iowa offers resources needed to help communities make structural improvements in downtown businesses, assist with historic preservation and promote the economy, not only for our businesses, but for our entire community. If designated as a Main Street Iowa Community, Monticello would be eligible for Main Street Iowa-only grants, which is a good opportunity.

     Monticello has so much to offer; please join me in supporting this program that can make it even better! What a great way to give back and feel that hometown pride.
