McElmeels celebrate 60th anniversary

      Tom and DJ McElmeel will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Jan. 13. They were married on Friday, Jan. 13, 1961 in Marengo.

      Their family includes children Lori (Gerald Jr.) Ehlers of Monticello; Robin (deceased) (Dave) Weber of Swisher; Jennifer (Chad) Marion of Fairfax; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
