Monticello Farmers Market

What a beautiful Saturday we had for the opening day of the Monticello Farmers Market! And a super variety of items were available. Eggs, lettuce, spinach, rhubarb, fresh brewed coffee, cookies, pies, jams, bars and cake balls to fill your belly. Handmade cards, baby booties (and other baby/kid items), jewelry were available. Landscape plants, fresh cut flowers and recycled flowers and flower pots. Something for everyone!

Some vendors can only attend once a week so be sure to check out the market on both Wednesday and Saturday.

This Saturday, May 20th, Ms. Penny from the Library will be joining us. She will have a craft for the kids attending the market. Parents and/or grandparents can enjoy a cup of coffee and some shopping while the kids are busy making a dream catcher. The kids will also want to check out the ice cream sandwich supplies that Karen Ross has available. She has some beautiful jewelry too!

Also on Saturday, we will welcome a new to MFM bread baker. Karen Verhagen will be joining the market a couple of Saturdays each month.  The Baby Bundt Cakes will also be at the market on Saturday.

The Monticello Farmers Market is located at Willow Shelter, next to Pizza Ranch.

Our market days are Wednesday afternoon from 3 to 5:30 pm and Saturday morning from 8 to 11am.
