Mount Mercy congratulates December 2019 nursing grads

Nursing graduates in Mount Mercy University’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN-BSN programs received their nursing pins on Thursday, Dec. 12. Jim Burke gave the senior class address. 

Graduates have accepted positions at local and regional health care organizations, including Mercy Medical Center, UnityPoint Health- St. Luke’s, University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, and Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa. 

Congratulations to the following nursing students from Wyoming: 

Bailey Newell, Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Newell has accepted a position in the orthopedics unit at Mercy Medical Center. 

Mollie Pegorick, Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Pegorick has accepted a position in the medical surgical unit at UnityPoint Health-St. Luke’s.
