Multiple MV and Midland players make All-TRC

     Several members of the baseball and softball teams from Maquoketa Valley and Midland were recognized as All-Conference players in the Tri-Rivers Conference for the 2020 season.

     Included for Maquoketa Valley were five baseball players and three softball players. Midland had six players on the baseball list and six selected for softball.

     The selections were made by conference coaches. The area honored players are listed below.

     First Team – Tony Offerman, junior outfielder; Michael Schaul, sophomore utility.

     Second Team – Parker Sternhagen, junior outfielder; Toby Grimm, eighth-grade infielder.

     Honorable Mention: Tim Harmon, junior.

Midland

     First Team – Alex Smith, senior utility; Zain Sauer, freshman infielder.

     Second Team – Wilson Buckwalter, senior infielder; Jensen Dodge, senior outfielder; Iziek Soper, junior first baseman.

     Honorable Mention: Sawyer Hansen, senior.
