Nadine Marugg Sept. 18, 1934-April 14, 2017

     Nadine Marugg, age 82, died Friday, April 14, 2017 at the Monticello Nursing and Rehabiliation Center following a brief illness. Private graveside services will be held in the Hopkinton Cemetery at a later date. Goettsch Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. 

     Nadine Marie Kerkman was born Sept. 18, 1934 at Newhall, Iowa. She was the daughter of Carl and Lydia Krantz, Kerkman. Nadine attended the Newhall Schools. She later worked as an in home health care aide.

     Nadine married John Marugg on June 17, 1989 at the St. John Lutheran Church, Newhall. The couple lived in Hopkinton until they moved to the Monticello Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. John preceded her in death on Feb. 22, 2014.
