New council member

On Dec. 26, new Monticello City Council member Gary Feldmann was sworn in by City Clerk Sally Hinrichsen. Feldmann replaces Council member Rob Paulson, who stepped down in Ward 1. Feldmann ran as a write-in candidate during the Nov. 5 city and school election. Feldmann’s first council meeting will be Monday, Jan. 6. (Photo by Kim Brooks)
