Norton joins Fidelity Bank & Trust

     Aaron Zumbach, market president of Fidelity Bank & Trust, recently announced Marcus Norton has joined their staff as a retail loan officer in Monticello.

     “As a retail loan officer, I am dedicated to offering loan terms and amounts that will help each applicant reach their financial goals,” said Norton. “I am excited to start my career at Fidelity Bank & Trust with great co-workers, and I look forward to giving back to and serving the community that provided me with so many positive opportunities while growing up.”

     Norton earned his degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2020, double majoring in Business Administration and Supply Chain Management. Prior to being a retail loan officer, he worked at John Deere in Cedar Falls, working on data analytics for global quality managers. Additionally, Norton is a member of the Rotary Club, and is looking forward to becoming involved in other community organizations.

     “Marcus has been a great addition to our team, and he is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the work is completed and done to the highest standard,” added Zumbach.
