Our country is moving toward a socialist government

Letter to the Editor

To the Editor,

As we are nearing Election Day, I have become very upset with the news media and their name calling of Trump. Why can’t we stick with what has happened in the last eight years?

From 2016 to 2020, we closed the boarder and slowed down drug traffic and child traffic, had no new wars, stopping the war in Afghan. The economy was doing good. Inflation was low and job numbers were great.

All should be able to see the disaster of our country since 2020 to 2024. Let history tell you why we have gone this way.

Prior to 1900, the school used the first four books of the New Testament from the Bible for the first eight years of school. The government stopped that.

In 1913 we put Woodrow Wilson in as president. And he disliked the Constitution and if colleges wanted government money, they had to use radical left professors.

Hitler used President Wilson’s ideas to create his socialist government. All a copy of Lenin.

In 1933 we put Franklin Roosevelt in as president and he used government money to start the workers union. They had to join his party and donate to it. I will never believe that is right in a free country.

When World War II was over Gen. Patton wanted to send the Russian soldiers home, but F.D.R. and Stalin overrode Churchill giving East Europe to Russia so Stalin could kill 10 million Christians because they didn’t want government socialism.

In 1963 they killed J.F.K. and that made Johnson president. In 1964 he said the government would take care of unwed mothers and that has destroyed families. We are moving fast to a socialist government and the loss of our freedoms.
