Paula Moore Feb. 22, 1959-Dec. 22, 2017

     Paula Moore, age 58, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2017 at St. Luke’s Unity Point Hospital Cedar Rapids following a sudden illness. 

     A time of visitation with the family was held from noon until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017 at the Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello. Paula’s service and burial will be private and for the family. Thoughts, memories and condolences may be left atwww.goettschonline.com. 

     Surviving are three daughters, Rachel (Michael) Ernst, Forrest Park, Ill., Andi Moore, Cedar Rapids, Lexi Moore, Des Moines; three grandchildren, Nora, James and Max; her sister Renee Fellinger, Seattle, Wash.; a brother, Paul (June) Fellinger, Monticello; two nephews, Jake Eddy, Tim (Carrie) Fellinger; two nieces, Lynn Hall and Emily (Corey) Recker. She was a mother and grandmother to many people other than her immediate family as well. She was preceded in death by her parents.

     Paula Fellinger was born Feb. 22, 1959 in Manchester, England. She was the daughter of James and Jean Waugh, Fellinger. Paula graduated from the Anamosa Community Schools with the class of 1977. She married Kyle Moore at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Anamosa. Three daughters were born to this marriage. Paula was employed at the Anamosa Community School District as the secretary and she also worked with special needs children. She later worked at Anna Marie’s Flower Shop and was a Supervisor at Wal-Mart until she retired.
