Pearson wins final football contest of season

     Cortney Pearson, of Monticello, was the only contestant to miss two games this week to claim the $15 Express football contest winnings in the season’s final contest.

     Several contestants missed three games, and two of those tied for second,  Jo Hunt (49) and guest picker Brad Freese (49). Both of those will be awarded $5 for second place. The Panther game score total was 48 points.

     Also missing three games were Regina Kehoe (50), Kris Riley (51), Lisa Hosford (45), Dana Freese (53) and Mary Oberfoell (39). Guest picker Dave Postel of DuTrac missed seven games. There were 52 entries this week.
