Sept. 30 

2:42 a.m. – Police responded to an alarm in the 800 block of E. Oak St. 

11:27 a.m. – Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of S. Maple St. 

5:29 p.m. – Police responded to a motor vehicle accident near E. Elm St. and S. Main St. 

6:24 p.m. – Police responded to a call about a suspicious person/vehicle in the 300 block of S. Linden St. 

Oct. 1 

9:34 a.m. – Police received a call about a missing person in the 800 block of W. First St. 

3:13 p.m. – Police assisted a motorist on Highway 38 northbound on the off-ramp. 

Oct. 2 

9:11 a.m. – Police investigated a report of elder abuse in the 800 block of W. First St. 

9:14 a.m. – Police responded to a medical call in the 100 block of E. Grand St. 

9:42 a.m. – Police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 100 block of E. Grand St. 

3:08 p.m. – Police received a parking complaint in the 200 block of S. Maple St. 

Oct. 3 

10:21 a.m. – Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of S. Maple St. 

11:06 a.m. – Police assisted the public in the 700 block of N. Birch St. 

4:34 p.m. – Police assisted another agency in the 600 block of N. Sycamore St. 

11:07 p.m. – Police received a report of an impaired pedestrian in the 400 block of N. Sycamore St. James Repsel was arrested for impaired judgment. 

Oct. 4 

9:53 a.m. – Police responded to a traffic complaint at 616 S. Main St. 

1:30 p.m. – Police responded to a complaint in the 100 block of E. South St. 

4:51 p.m. – Police responded to a report of assault in the 300 block of N. Gill St. 

10:35 p.m. – Police checked on a warrant in the 600 block of W. Sixth St. Austin Sparks was arrested on an outstanding warrant for violating probation. His original charge was assault with intent to inflict serious injury. 

Oct. 5 

9:44 p.m. – Police performed a traffic stop near S. Main St. and E. South St. 

Oct. 6 

3:54 p.m. – Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of N. Cedar St. 

9:08 p.m. – Police responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 151 northbound and County Road X-44.
