9:21 a.m. – Police responded to a civil complaint in the 300 block of N. Gill St. 

11:20 a.m. – Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of Timberline Rd. 

8:37 p.m. – Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Highway 151 northbound near the exit 63 on-ramp.

8:31 a.m. – Police responded to a complaint near E. First St. and S. Main St. 

8:32 a.m. – Police assisted the public at 123 N. Sycamore St. 

9:37 a.m. – Police received a report of vandalism at 123 N. Sycamore St. 

9:45 a.m. – Police received a parking complaint in the 100 block of W. South St. 

9:49 a.m. – Police assisted the public in the 2000 block of S. Main St. 

11:54 a.m. – Police performed a welfare check in the 300 block of N. Cedar St. 

3:35 p.m. – Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of E. Oak St. 

4:28 p.m. – Police responded to a motor vehicle accident near W. First St. and N. Gill St.

2:31 p.m. – Police requested extra patrol on Hillcrest Dr. 

6:23 p.m. – Police responded to a disturbance at 123 N. Sycamore St. 

7:04 p.m. – Police performed a warrant check in the 200 block of Plastic Ln. Ramon Arballo was arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Oct. 31 

6:28 a.m. – Police assisted the public in the 100 block of Monterey Trail. 

7:45 a.m. – Police assisted a motorist on Highway 151 northbound near exit 63. 

8:18 a.m. – Police assisted the public in the 300 block of W. South St. 

2:28 p.m. – Police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 400 block of N. Farley St. 

7:44 p.m. – Police assisted the public in the 500 block of N. Maple St. 

11:18 p.m. – Police performed a business check in the 200 block of N. Main St.

8:38 p.m. – Police investigated a possible nuisance at 103 W. Buckeye St.

9:55 a.m. – Police performed a business check in the 500 block of S. Main St. 

5:05 p.m. – Police responded to a call about a suspicious person/vehicle in the 400 block of N. Farley St. Chelsea Schlarman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

6 p.m. – Police assisted the public in the 600 block of Walnut St. 

10:11 p.m. – Police responded to a domestic assault in the 300 block of W. Varvel St. Brandon Galloway was arrested for domestic abuse 1st offense.
