3:30 p.m. – Police responded to a call about a suspicious person/vehicle on the 100 block of W. Second St. 

5:32 p.m. – Katherine Rigby was arrested for fifth degree theft on the 400 block of E. First St.

9:46 a.m. – Police investigated a possible nuisance on the corner of Birch St. and Seventh St. 

12:34 p.m. – Police responded to a call about vandalism on the 400 block of S. Maple St. 

6:35 p.m. – Police responded to a traffic complaint on the 600 block of S. Main St. 

7:34 p.m. – Police responded to a theft on the 300 block of W. Jackson St. 

10:09 p.m. – Police responded to a call about a suspicious person/vehicle on W. Eleventh St.
