March 20

     3 a.m. – Police responded to a theft on the 300 block of Pinehaven Dr. At 5:20 and 5:25 a.m., respectively, Angela Lee Pearson and Allen D. Osterkamp were arrested for second degree theft.

     8:13 a.m. – Police assisted the EMS at 338 W. Seventh St.

     8:09 p.m. – Police responded to a domestic dispute on the 800 block of Southhaven Dr.

     10:50 p.m. – Police responded to a call about a suspicious person/vehicle on the 200 block of N. Chestnut St.

March 21

     8:38 a.m. – Police assisted the EMS at 500 Pinehaven Dr.

     4:03 p.m. – Police responded to a complaint on the 700 block of W. Washington St.

     9:20 p.m. – Police assisted the EMS at 500 Pinehaven Dr.

March 22

     7:56 a.m. – Police provided a public assist on the 500 block of S. Main St.

     11:22 a.m. – Police responded to a civil complaint on the 600 block of N. Cedar St.

     2:10 p.m. – Police responded to an accident on Hardscrabble Rd.

     5:35 p.m. – Police assisted another agency on the 400 block of N. Chestnut St.

     9 p.m. – Police responded to a nuisance-related call at 853 S. Main St.

March 23

     8:13 a.m. – Police responded to a complaint on the 200 block of S. Maple St.

     9:07 a.m. – Police provided a business assist on the 100 block of W. Eleventh St.

     11:20 a.m. – Police responded to a nuisance-related call at 410 S. Linden St.

March 24

     6:05 a.m. – Police attempted to locate an individual on Hwy. 151 southbound at mile marker 77.

     9:04 a.m. – Police assisted the EMS at 338 W. Seventh St.

     11:11 a.m. – Police responded to a drug-related call on the 600 block of N. Gill St.

     1:45 p.m. – Police assisted another agency on the 300 block of N. Cedar St.

     4:42 p.m. – Police responded to an accident on the 300 block of E. First St.

     6:53 p.m. – Police responded to a complaint on the 300 block of E. Fifth St.

March 25

     5:01 a.m. – Police responded to a complain on the 200 block of W. Seventh St.

     4:30 p.m. – Police assisted the EMS at 708 W. Washington St.

     10:15 – Police responded to a call about trespassing at 123 N. Sycamore St.

March 26

     3:06 a.m. – Police assisted the EMS at 19385 Hardscrabble Rd.

     5:35 p.m. – Police assisted the EMS at 701 N. Birch St.

     8:49 p.m. – Police assisted the EMS at 123 N. Sycamore St.

     10:31 p.m. – Police provided a welfare check at 321½ E. First St. At 10:37 p.m., Tracy L. Tuel was arrested for public consumption/intoxication.
