     1:22 p.m. – Police responded to a parking complaint on the 400 block of E. First St.

     1:34 p.m. – Police responded to a call about harassment on the 200 block of E. South St.

     2:25 p.m. – Police responded to a call about harassment on the 200 block of E. South St.

     2:07 p.m. – Police responded to a traffic complaint at First St. and Cedar St.

Oct. 22

     6:48 a.m. – Police responded to a phone request on the 100 block of W. Seventh St.

     8:59 a.m. – Police assisted a business on the 200 block of Welter Dr.

     2:38 p.m. – Police responded to a call about an animal bite on the 500 block of S. Chestnut St.

     4:40 p.m. – Police responded to a traffic complaint on Northhaven Dr.

     7:36 p.m. – Police responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 151 northbound.

     8:03 p.m. – Police responded to a call about a suspicious person/vehicle on Highway 151 southbound at mile marker 63.

     9:48 a.m. – Police responded to civil complaints on the 100 block of N. Sycamore St.

     3:43 p.m. – Police investigated a theft on the 600 block of S. Cedar St.

     10:10 p.m. – Police responded to a call about an open door on the 200 block of S. Maple St.

     1:13 a.m. – Police responded to a call about a suspicious person on the 600 block of S. Main St.

     1:24 a.m. – Police investigated a child neglect case on the 400 block of N. Sycamore St.

     1:46 a.m. – Police responded to a call about a suspicious person on the 300 block of E. First St.

     8:44 p.m. – Police responded to a disturbance on the 600 block of S. Walnut St.

     8:56 a.m. – Police responded to an assault at Second St. and Sycamore St.

     9:23 p.m. – Police investigated vandalism on the 700 block of N. Birch St.
