• 11:28 a.m. -- Police responded to the 200 block of East Third Street for a report of a suspicious person or vehicle.
• 1:11 p.m. -- Police responded to the 500 block of North Maple Street for an animal complaint.
• 7:57 p.m. -- Police responded to the 2100 block of South Main Street for a report of stalking or harassment.

• 11:12 a.m. -- Police responded to the intersection of North Birch and West 11th Street for a found animal.
• 3:22 p.m. -- Police responded to the 200 block of South Chestnut for a report of a disturbance.

• 8:31 a.m. -- Police responded to the 500 block of East Grand Street for a report of a person in crisis.
Oct. 9
• 3:05 a.m. -- Police responded to the 900 block of North Birch Street for a report of a suspicious person or vehicle.
• 10:04 a.m. -- Police responded to the 100 block of North Main Street for a report of a trespassing or unwanted person.
• 2:14 p.m. -- Police responded to the 200 block of East South Street for a report of a scam. Police said Dustin Norton was arrested in relation to the incident on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
