     4:19 p.m. – Police responded to a complaint in the 500 block of Pinehaven Dr.

     8:56 p.m. – Police performed a welfare check in the 700 block of N. Sycamore St.

     9:42 p.m. – Police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 100 block of S. Main St.

Nov. 13

     12:25 p.m. – Police responded to a traffic hazard on the ramp by Karde’s 151.

     1:29 p.m. – Police responded to a complaint in the in the 100 block of N. Sycamore St.

     3:21 p.m. – Police investigated a nuisance at 322 S. Maple St.

     8:19 p.m. – Police responded to a no-contact order violation in the 600 block of N. Cedar St.

     9:17 a.m. – Police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of W. First St.

     9:42 a.m. – Police assisted the public in the 100 block of N. Maple St.

     8:12 p.m. – Police performed a traffic stop at the intersection of S. Walnut St. and Jackson St. Brenda McHenry was arrested for driving while barred, no insurance, and defective rear lamps.

     8:40 a.m. – Police responded to an assault in the 200 block of Welter Dr.

     4:38 p.m. – Police responded to a call about a suspicious person/vehicle in the 500 block of N. Gill St.

     5:02 p.m. – Police responded to a domestic/verbal dispute in the 700 block of Ridgeview Rd.

     6:45 p.m. – Police assisted a motorist in the 800 block of E. Oak St.

     10:43 a.m. – Police responded to a report of fraud/bad checks at 2100 S. Main St.

     10:50 a.m. – Police assisted a motorist at the intersection of First St. and Cedar St.

     10:55 a.m. – Police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 100 block of N. Sycamore St.

     12:46 p.m. – Police responded to a complaint downtown on E. First St.

     1:34 p.m. – Police performed a traffic stop in the 100 block of W. Buckeye St. Shirley McNamara was arrested for operating while under the influence 2^nd offense and driving while license under suspension.

     5:32 p.m. – Police responded to a motor vehicle theft on Timber Rd.

     6:40 p.m. – Police performed a follow-up investigation in the 200 block of E. Seventh St.

     8:29 p.m. – Police responded to a residential theft in the 100 block of Monterey Trail.

     9:07 p.m. – Police responded to a call regarding a mental/behavior issue in the 100 block of E. South St.

     9:36 a.m. – Police responded to a call about a suspicious person/vehicle on the off-ramp of Highway 151 South.
