Seniors from Almost Famous to continue dancing careers

     Almost Famous Dance Studio of Monticello announced that it has four graduating seniors continuing their dance career at a college level.

     Madison Decker is the daughter of Mike and Laura Decker. She has been competing dance for seven years. Madison has also been a member of the Western Dubuque High School Dance Team for four years. She has been dancing for 11 years total, and is continuing her education/dancing career at UNI as a member of the University of Northern Iowa Dance Team. There she will be majoring in accounting.

     Taylor Fishnick of Peosta has been tumbling since the age of three, and dancing since the age of four. Taylor plans to continue her education next year majoring in physical therapy and minoring in movement and exercise science. She will be attending Florida Gulf Coast University, where she will be one of five freshmen selected for their dance team.

     Deandra Reddies of Anamosa has been dancing since she was four years old. She has been dancing with Almost Famous since her freshman year. Next year she will be attending Drake University to major in public relations and finance with a concentration in human resources management. While she continues her studies, she will be dancing with the Drake University Dance Team.

     Jenna Wilson of Anamosa is the daughter of Barb and Chris Wilson. She has been dancing since she was 3 years old, and started dancing with Almost Famous at age 13. Jenna will be attending the University of Northern Iowa next year to major in secondary math education, and will also be a member of their dance team.
