SHIIP clients can still receive services

     After 10 years of volunteer service, SHIIP Counselor Gwen Duecker has retired. SHIIP and the Jones County Volunteer Center want to be sure you get your Part D or Medicare Advantage comparisons done for 2021, so SHIIP would like to offer you the following opportunity:

     Current clients should have received a letter in the mail from the main office in Des Moines on steps to take for this season. If you did not receive your letter, please call 1-800-351-4664. New clients looking for assistance and guidance this season should also call the same phone numbers. Open Enrollment Period is Oct. 15 through Dec. 7. Coverage begins Jan. 1, 2021. Do not delay; call and begin your process as soon as possible.
