Starlighters Theatre to host Valentine’s musical

     Starlighters II Community Theatre is presenting a special musical Valentine’s on Sunday, Feb. 11. The theatre is located at 200 E. Main St. in Anamosa. Performances will be at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets are $5 each; no discounts apply.

     A selection of songs from past musicals will be presented in solos, duets, a men’s quartet and male chorus. Hear favorite songs from such shows as “Camelot,” “Song of Music,” “Fantasticks,” “South Pacific,” “Music Man” and many others. Performers include Janette Beardsley, Robert Furino, Eric Henderson, K.R. Knopp, Phil Knuth, Dave Lasley, David Marshall, Haley Nelson, Braedon Payton, Rebecca Vernon, Allison Winter, and Ken Winter.

     There will be special Box Office hours for this show: Monday through Friday, Feb. 5-9 from 5-8 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 10 from 9 a.m.-noon; and one hour before each performance on Sunday, Feb. 11.
