Technology rollout

Parents and students of 7-12 graders attended a two-night event at the high school, Aug. 15 and 16. In an effort to inform parents and students about the district’s new Chromebook policy and hand-deliver Chromebooks to every student, a 1:1 technology rollout event was held in the high school auditorium. After a half-hour discussion and Q&A session, students were divided by grade to various rooms to pick up their new laptops. In-coming eighth-grader Libby Busha receives her Chromebook from volunteer Payton Jaeger in the MHS library. The students will keep their Chromebooks with them throughout the school year.
