The value of time

Letter to the Editor

To the Editor,

July 4th is about time for the daylily. The daylily is one of the most beloved garden plants. They come in many colors and have fancy names. Their foliage looks like wide blades of tall grass. When they decide to bloom, you may get one, two, or a cluster of flowers. Some days you will get none. You know what you see today will sadly be gone tomorrow. If you take the time that day to value them and capture them on film, you can enjoy them for a lifetime.

The daylily teaches you the value of time. If you do not take the time, that special moment will be lost forever.
