James Adams, an optician with Vision to Learn, measures a pair of eye glasses for first-grader John Cupples at Shannon School. Vision to Learn provides two free pairs of glasses for each student who needs glasses while at home and while at school. The Jones County Community Foundation also helps to fund the program.
