West Liberty blanks MHS

BOYS SOCCER

     Monticello made a boys soccer trip to West Liberty on Tuesday, May 2, and came up on the short end, losing 7-0.

     The Panthers (1-9) battled taking a total of five shots, including three shots on goal, but couldn’t get on the scoreboard. Gavin Holub had two shots on goal and four shots total for Monticello, while teammate Janik Chally had one shot, which was on goal.

     Jordan Breashears was the Monticello goalkeeper, making 25 saves.
