Wildcats, Eagles have several on All-TRC teams

     All-conference boys basketball and girls basketball selections for the Tri-Rivers Conference have been released, as chosen by conference coaches.

     In the West Division, Maquoketa Valley had four girls and three boys selected, along with Wildcat girls’ coach Scot Moenck, who was picked as co-coach of the year.

     In the East Division, Midland had three boys and two girls named to the lists.

     Honorable mention: A.J. Ambundo, sophomore.

MIDLAND

     Second team: Britan Martens, senior; Iziek Soper, junior.

     Honorable mention: Zain Sauer, freshman.

Girls Basketball

     First team: Ella Imler*, junior; Taya Tucker*, junior.

     Second team: Brooke Elgin, senior.
