Hein is appointed

to ag committees

House Speaker Kraig Paulsen (R-Hiawatha) has appointed Rep. Lee Hein (R-Monticello) to the House Agriculture, State Government and Ways and Means committee as well as the Agriculture and Natural Resources Appropriations subcommittee. Additionally, he will serve as the Chairman of the Environmental Protection committee.

“Rep. Hein is an effective leader who brings a great deal of expertise to these House committees,” said Paulsen.

Hein will be serving his second term in the House.
