   Rory S. May, Coralville, was found guilty of permit under 18 to consume/possess of property 1^st offense. He was fined $260 plus court costs.

   Dalton John Provenzano, Albia, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined $55 plus court costs.

   Yu Mao, Ames, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined $55 plus court costs.

   Candace Elizabeth Sweet, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     A single-vehicle accident took place on Jan. 14 at 12:37 a.m. on Highway 151 North. Ralph Mathias Weber, 75, of Montrose, S.D., was driving a 1997 Kenworth Semi when he passed out. The semi exited the roadway into the median. It re-entered the roadway and came to rest on the east side of the highway. Weber sustained possible injuries. Damage to the semi was estimated at $4,000.

   Jamie Lee Bickford, Hopkinton, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for Jan. 29.

   James Michael Hollister, Jr., Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault-display or use of weapon 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing was set for Jan. 13.

   Amy Ann Klepach, Cedar Rapids, was charged with ongoing criminal conduct, 1^st degree theft as a habitual offender, identify theft as a habitual offender, and forgery as a habitual offender. An arraignment was set for Jan. 13.

   8:25 a.m. – Police received a report about a sex offense in the 200 block of E. Second St.

   12:14 p.m. – Police assisted a motorist near N. Cedar St. and E. Sixth St.

   6:43 p.m. – Police received a report of trespassing/unwanted person in the 600 block of N. Cedar St.
