     8:03 a.m. – Police performed a welfare check in the 100 block of Sycamore St.

     12:41 p.m. – Police performed a welfare check in the 400 block of N. Chestnut St.

     1:59 p.m. – Police received a report of a traffic hazard on N. Maple St.

     8:55 p.m. – Police assisted the public in the 400 block of N. Chestnut St.

Marriage licenses – Addy Carlene First and Nicholas Edward Zirkelbach, both of Anamosa; Jessica Lynn House and Zachary Burton Totzkay, both of Anamosa

Marriage dissolutions – Sophie Likanchuk and Andrew Vitalyvich Likanchuk

     Nathaniel David First, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control. He was fined $135 plus court costs.

     Kimberly Kay Kray, Monticello, was found guilty of failure to stop in assured clear distance. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Brevin Kane Van Deest, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Jerrid Michael Boge, Monticello, was cited for violating Monticello Nuisance Ordinance. A court date is set for Dec. 8.

     A single-vehicle accident took place on Nov. 26 at 8:23 a.m. on Highway 151. Katerina Dora Krogman, 24, of Cascade was driving a 2018 Ford Edge northbound near County Road E-17 when she fell asleep and lost control. Her vehicle rolled multiple times in the east ditch. The extent of Krogman’s injuries was unknown. She was privately transported to an area hospital for evaluation. Damage to Krogman’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000.
