Arm Chair Traveler

On Feb. 2, the Monticello library kicked off the return of the popular Arm Chair Traveler series. Sharing about their month-long trip to the Hawaiian Islands and French Polynesia were Mary and Quinn Phelan. The couple shared photos of the beautiful sunsets while on their cruise. During their trip, they stayed at a VRBO, on a cruise ship, at a resort, and in an over-water bungalow. “We used every mode of transportation,” Quinn said. Their time in French Polynesia included Bora Bora and Tahiti. The couple said it only rained once during the entire trip. (Photo by Kim Brooks)
