District Court

     Cory John Onken, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense and possession of marijuana 2nd offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined a total of $860 plus court costs. Twenty-eight days were suspended, and Onken was placed on self-supervised probation for two years. He had a charge of driving while barred, dismissed.

     Keirston Free Peterson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving while barred. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined a total of $1,710 plus court costs.

     Eric Michael Smith, Cascade, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and 1st degree harassment. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $1,710 plus court costs.

     CK Leon Shaffer Maloney, Springville, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. No court date was set.

     Nathan Andrew Lamere, Monticello, was charged with 1st degree harassment. A preliminary hearing is set for March 4. He was also charged with two counts of assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. An arraignment is set for March 21. Lamere was also charged with domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness 1st offense, 4th degree criminal mischief, and two additional counts of assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. No court date was set.

     Seth Benjamin Sweet, Olin, pleaded not guilty to assault with intent to inflict serious injury. No court date was set.

     Joseph Crux Alexander Rivera, Rock Falls, Ill., was charged with two counts of 2nd degree theft. An arraignment is set for March 14.

     Rayanne Jo Zeltner, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $430 plus court costs. The civil penalty was suspended.

     Nichole Lynn Collins, Alva, Okla., was cited for possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date is set for March 30.

     Caleb Lee Collins, Alva, Okla., was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date is set for March 30.

     Trevor Alan Siebels, Monticello, was cited for assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A court date is set for March 23.

     Matthew Dewayne Regan, Belle Plaine, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. Twenty-eight days were suspended, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Santos Norberto Campos Gonzales, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Wendi Sue Smith, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense and assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. No court date was set.

     Michael Paul Dvorak, Cedar Rapids, was charged with OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.
