District Court

     Oscar Junior Clinton III, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 1st degree harassment and stalking. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, and fined $900 plus court costs. The sentence and fine were both suspended, and Clinton was placed on supervised probation for two years.

     Nichole Dianne Matthess, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 3rd offense. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, to run concurrently with another sentence. Fifty-six days were suspended, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for two years. Matthess also pleaded guilty to gathering where controlled substances and unlawfully, possession of prescription drug/device without a prescription, possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, and possession of marijuana 2nd offense. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on supervised probation for three years. She was fined a total of $1,315 plus court costs; $1,025 was suspended. Matthess was found in contempt. She was sentenced to four days in jail, to run concurrently with another sentence. She was fined court costs.

     Alizabeth Jo Sutton, Davenport, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for April 13.

     CK Leon Shaffer Maloney, Springville, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for May 4.

     Matthew Wayne Tallman, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to assault causing serious injury and 1st degree harassment. A jury trial is set for May 24.

     David Lee Hoffner, Monticello, was cited for 2nd degree theft. A court date is set for April 13.

     Riley James Foix, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $430 plus court costs.

     Nichole J’Ne Peterson, Monticello, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury. Sentence and fine are pending.

     Trevor Alan Siebels, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. No court date was set.

     Travis Lee Dahlhauser, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Nathan Lee Unruh, Mechanicsville, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Alisin Marie Scofield, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and three counts of assault on persons in certain occupations. No court date was set.

     Alison Ruthanne Hickey, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). A preliminary hearing is set for April 20.

     Ashlyn Lea Fortune, Anamosa, was cited for OWI 2nd offense. A court date was set for April 20.
