District Court

   Arnold Ray Toomer, Newton, was charged with invasion of privacy. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 24.

   Gregory Jon Tuttle, Monticello, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 2^nd offense, obstructing prosecution or defense, and driving while barred. A court date was set for Feb. 15.

   Joshua Harley Kelley, Iowa City, pleaded not guilty to forgery. A jury trial is set for May 2.

   Barbara Sue Shaffer, Maynard, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of possession of methamphetamine 2^nd offense. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, and fined $855 plus court costs. All but two days were suspended, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for two years.

   Neal Robert Pfiffner, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 2^nd degree theft and 4^th degree fraudulent practice. A jury trial is set for April 4.

   Alisin Marie Scofield, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. No court date was set.

   Tammy Lou Clark, Oxford Junction, was charged with false report of indictable offense to public entity. No court date was set.

   Terry Joseph Brandenburg, Epworth, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense and possessing/carrying dangerous weapons while under the influence. No court date was set.
