District Court

     Madison Rose Hankemeier, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to two counts of 3^rd degree theft. She was fined a total of $1,250 plus court costs. The fines were suspended.

     Steven Thomas Byrne, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Doneshia Jeanne Moyer, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to two counts of unauthorized use of credit card. A jury trial is set for July 24.

     Jerry Allen Maylone, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment, unlawful possession of prescription drug, and OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for July 17.

     Nathan Alan Thomson, Mount Vernon, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2^nd offense. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, and $315 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and Thomson was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Mark DeWalt Owens, Monticello, was charged with 2^nd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for April 30.

     Brooke Marie Majerus, Monticello, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine 3^rd offense, child endangerment, OWI 1^st offense, and driving while license denied/revoked. No court date was set.

     Alicia Renee Smith, Monticello, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Smith was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Adam Joseph Neunaber, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Mitchell Lee Wolford, Monticello, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury (domestic). Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Ally Renae Starr, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for July 24.

     Erica Abigail Sams, Olin, was charged with possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for May 9.

     Lindsay Lee Takes, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for July 17.

     Jacob Scott Miller, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2^nd offense. A jury trial is set for July 24.

     Dina Sue Thomas, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 1^st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Karen Villegas Ricklefs, Onslow, was charged with 2^nd degree harassment. A preliminary hearing is set for May 9.

     Sonya Lydia McCormick, Scotch Grove, pleaded guilty to OWI 1^st offense. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. She was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs.

     Tamara Lynn Coons, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for July 17.
