JRMC recognized for 75 years in the AHA

     On May 19, the American Hospital Association (AHA) honored UnityPoint Health – Jones Regional Medical Center (JRMC) for its 75 years of participation and leadership in the AHA. At a special event at JRMC, Liz Summy, AHA regional executive, recognized the hospital’s longstanding membership with an award presented to Eric Briesemeister, CEO of JRMC.

     “The AHA is pleased to recognize JRMC for its 75 years of membership in the AHA,” said Summy. “From the beginning, JRMC has provided high-quality care to patients throughout the community. The AHA thanks the staff and leadership of the hospital for the care and services they provide each day to their patients and communities.”

     “The AHA has been a wonderful partner and advocate for rural healthcare,” said Briesemeister. “We are honored to receive this 75th Anniversary Award and look forward to the next 75 years with AHA.”
