Magistrate Court

     Aidan Grant Spence, Monticello, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $80 plus court costs.

     Elizabeth Topping, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to minor using tobacco/vapor product 1^st offense. She was fined $50 plus court costs.

     Charles Raymond Townsend, Olin, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Deon Seats, Marion, was found guilty of driving while license denied, suspended, canceled, revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Mason Matthew Morris, Center Point, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Heather Joanne Calhoon, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 14.
