     Samantha Louise Miller, Mount Pleasant, was found guilty of abandonment of vehicle. She was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Michael John Plauer, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to trespassing 1st offense. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Roy James Bartram II, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to no insurance and driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined a total of $500 plus court costs.

     Cody Alexander Adams, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to no insurance. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     James Bernard McRonerts, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control and permit (allow) under 18 to consume/possession on property 1st offense. He was fined a total of $395 plus court costs.

     Todd Duane Moore, Anamosa, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Nicholas Christopher Blandon, Marion, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Mekiah Tywaun Kent, Winfield, was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Michael Earl Gooch, Woodbridge, Va., was found guilty of driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Cody Alexander Adams, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to registration violation. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Charles Vern Houston, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Christopher Warren Riches, Anamosa, was found guilty of no valid driver’s license. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Randall R. Burnette, Monticello, was found guilty of no valid driver’s license. He was fined $195 plus court costs.

     Joel Lee Gilliam, Epworth, was found guilty of driving while license suspended. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Richard Allen Jones, Monticello, was found guilty of violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. He was sentenced to seven days in jail.

     James Joseph Ungs, Fort Dodge, was cited for 5th degree theft. A court date is set for Sept. 30.

     Anna L. Coonrod, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to interference with official acts. A non-jury trial is set for Oct. 14.

     Robert Dawayne Boothroyd II, Wyoming, was charged with public intoxication and assault. A court date is set for Oct. 14.

     Kelly Antonio Kellenberger, Madison, Wis., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for Sept. 23.

     Shawn Erwin Christiansen, Wyoming, was charged with interference with official acts. A bench trial is set for Nov. 11.

     Christine and Warren Graham, Anamosa, were cited for violating the City of Anamosa Nuisance Ordinance. They were assessed a civil penalty of $1,000 plus court costs. All but $150 was suspended, pending abatement action on Oct. 9.
