Shawn Erwin Christiansen, Wyoming, was charged with interference with official acts. A bench trial is set for Nov. 11.
Christine and Warren Graham, Anamosa, were cited for violating the City of Anamosa Nuisance Ordinance. They were assessed a civil penalty of $1,000 plus court costs. All but $150 was suspended, pending abatement action on Oct. 9.
