Magistrate Court

     Ellen L. Kerschke, Deerfield, Ill., pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Alison Melissa Miceli, Luxemburg, Wis., pleaded not guilty to speeding. A non-jury trial is set for March 24.

     Thomas Morey Smith, Marion, pleaded guilty to trespassing. He was fined $260 plus court costs.

     Johnathan Clay Koster, Marion, pleaded guilty to no insurance. He was fined $325 plus court costs.

     Fanuel Kitungano, Oshkosh, Wis., was found guilty of speeding. He was fined $310 plus court costs.

     Leslie Michelle Glick, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Ashlee Donna Liebel, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked and an amended charge of no valid driver’s license. She was fined a total of $510 plus court costs.

     Jace Louis Bronson, Baldwin, was charged with 5^th degree criminal mischief and driving while license denied/suspended/cancelled/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 4.

     Tamarah Elizabeth Iben, Springville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined a total of $130 plus court costs.

     Bryce Wade Orcutt, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for Feb. 3.

     Chad Michael Petersen, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A bench trial is set for Jan. 27.

     Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, was cited for 5^th degree criminal mischief. A court date is set for Feb. 24.
